HARARE, Feb 25 (BERNAMA-NNN-NEW ZIANA) — Zimbabwe's state-owned power utility, Zesa Holdings Ltd, owes other regional utilities US$100 million, hindering its ability to import electricity, says Energy and Power Development Minister Elton Mangoma.
